Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a manual therapy that helps release restrictions and tightness in the fascia (connective tissue) surrounding the head and body. CST gets its name from the areas of the body the treatment concentrates on — the head and the entire length of the spine from the cranium to the sacrum. However, the method techniques can be used anywhere in the body.

Newborns, infants, toddlers, and children respond beautifully to CST. CST can help babies with nursing difficulties, birth difficulties, colic, and general concerns due to comfort of the infant. CST helps balance toddlers and children’s bodies after growth spurts. I specialize in newborns, infants, children, and pregnant folks. I am not currently seeing new adult clients.
