What to Expect During a CST Intensive:
A CST Intensive is gentle, cue-based, and designed around your baby’s comfort and nervous system. The first three appointments are scheduled consecutively. The fourth appointment is scheduled one week after the first appointment. The fifth appointment is scheduled one week after the fourth. When you schedule your first appointment, I will reach out to schedule the rest of your appointments. Payment is due in full at time of scheduling first appointment.
1. Day 1 — Initial CST Assessment
We start with a full cranial, fascial, and oral function assessment, observe natural resting patterns, and discuss your baby’s history, feeding, and current concerns. We begin CST based on what your baby shows us in real time.
2. Days 2 & 3 — Follow-Up CST Sessions
These shorter, focused sessions build on Day 1’s work. Babies often show layers of tension or patterns piece by piece, so having sessions close together gives the body space to unwind at its own pace. These visits are still gentle, fully guided by your baby’s cues, and always adjusted based on how they’re responding.
3. One Week After Day 1 — Follow-Up Session
This session helps support integration after the initial three days. This is often where we see how your baby is using the changes we’ve made and where their system needs extra support.
4. Two Weeks After Day 1 — Final Follow-Up
We revisit any remaining tension patterns, support ongoing feeding or comfort needs, and help your baby settle into their “new normal.” At this time, other packages may be purchased at a 10% discount.
Throughout the Intensive:
-Sessions are fully hands-on and gentle
-Babies can feed, cry, sleep, and move as needed
-Parents are part of the process and learn what patterns we’re seeing
-No forced positioning is used
-No bones are “popped,” adjusted, or manipulated
-All work is within the craniosacral and myofascial scope: gentle contact, following tissue, and supporting regulation
This structure allows the nervous system and fascia to respond, integrate, and shift in a way that weekly sessions may not support as quickly.
